Get Off the X

From a tactical standpoint, moving off the X simply means to move out of harms way and/or lessening your chances of being wounded and/or killed.

Have you considered applying the same principle to the mind, body and spirit? Do something that mitigates the chances of you being wounded mentally, physically and/or spiritually.

Suggestions for moving off the X:

Mind: mindfulness activities (yoga / meditation), reading, working a crossword puzzle

Body: yoga, functional fitness, cardio work

Spirit: solidifying your personal mission statement, religious activities, doing charity work

Do something to get off your X. Complaceny in any of the three categories could have dire consequences, personally and/or professionally. At a minimum, it will affect the quality of your life.
