On December 4, 2019, I had the honor of lecturing on Mindfulness and teaching a yoga class to 17 students, most of whom were First Responders. As you can see, the impact of the class was phenomenal. I applaud the participants for having an open mind and the willingness to try something new! Are you willing to try something new in 2020?
