Over the course of the last few months, my mindfulness practice has evolved to the point that I truly feel like I have a superpower. I say that for the following reasons:
- I feel much more in control of my emotions
- I am more content
- I have the ability to see things more objectively, and
- My yoga practice is more fulfilling
It is hard to describe, but I feel like I am walking around with a secret. I would love to share my secret, but experience has shown me that very few people are interested and/or open the world of mindfulness. I pray that others find a similar sense of peace.
I am grateful the current “me” and look forward to evolving into an even better “me!”
