Serving Those Who Serve: Mental Health Has Become A National Police Priority

The role of law enforcement is “to protect and serve.” But the extent of their jobs doesn’t end just because a shift ends. Police are tasked with many duties that can often take a toll on mental health and wellbeing. In fact, in 2017 and 2018, more police committed suicide than died in line of duty.
